Monday to Thursday - 9am – 5pm
Friday – 9am – 4.30pm
Our engineers are available for emergency call outs during the weekend.
HD Catering Equipment Limited is a catering equipment supplier based in the heart of the Potteries in Stoke on Trent. At HD we can supply you with brand new and second hand catering equipment. We also have a team of engineers who can install, service and repair catering equipment.
We can call out to site to repair your catering equipment but if the item is smaller you are more than welcome to bring the unit into our workshop for repair.
We also offer a weekly drop off service in Staffordshire for your everyday needs such as blue roll, cleaning fluids and beer line cleaner to name but a few. We also supply both till and credit card rolls.
Open to the catering market and general public also.

Unless otherwise stated:
• Prices assume manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated (this may be parts only or back to base)
• Prices includes delivery but not positioning & installation. This may be a kerbside delivery only. Pricing available on request
• Delivery may be direct from manufacturer. Dates and timed deliveries will be at the discretion of the manufacturer
• Prices exclude removal of waste and packaging
• Quotation is valid at time of printing excl special offers. Manufacturers may vary prices after quotation.
• Any items to be returned are subject to manufacturers terms. Where returns are accepted, it may be subject to re-stocking fee and damage/condition charges which can only be applied when manufacturers are in receipt of the goods.
• Goods should be checked for damage and quantity at the point of delivery and prior to signature (where signature option is offered). Claims may not be accepted otherwise.

Where a price for fitting has been given, unless otherwise stated:
• Prices assume one engineer (extra charges apply for extra manpower where required).
• Prices assume office hours
• Prices assume the appliance has been positioned and the services are accessible (services are facilities to enable to function of the appliance, eg electrics, water, drainage)
• If positioning is included, it assumes clear, immediate and flat access.
• The services should be of the correct standard and specification, the correct terminations, in good condition and located in the correct position for the immediate connection to the appliance. Position includes height where applicable, eg drainage.
The site and installation area should be meet any current regulations and standards.
• Where applicable, any structures that the appliance or services will be supported by, should be in good condition and strong enough to support the appliance/services.
